You will combine technical troubleshooting, API guidance, and customer support to ensure smooth integrations and reliable product search experiences. Working closely with customers and Customer Success teams, you will help resolve technical challenges, optimize product catalog configurations, and make complex technical concepts easier to understand. You will also contribute to better onboarding processes and technical documentation, helping customers achieve value from the platform more efficiently. Accountabilities

•
Customer onboarding and integration support: Guide e-commerce customers through the technical integration process, understand their requirements, and help them connect their websites and mobile applications to the platform.

API and library guidance: Provide technical assistance on REST APIs, integration best practices, and the use of open-source libraries to help customers implement solutions effectively.

Technical troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve integration issues, working closely with Customer Success teams and other technical specialists to identify appropriate solutions.

Product catalog and index configuration: Help customers upload and configure catalog data, including facets, searchable attributes, sorting options, and search result retrieval.
