As a Support Specialist - Finance, you will help veterinary professionals get the most out of a practice management platform by resolving finance-related questions and optimizing system configurations. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality support and strong customer satisfaction. This individual contributor role combines financial knowledge, technical problem-solving, and relationship management. You will collaborate with colleagues across support, sales, implementation, marketing, and product development to improve customer experiences and support continuous improvement. The position is fully remote, with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 UK time.

Accountabilities

Serve as the primary support contact for customers, delivering timely, effective,



and high-quality assistance in line with agreed service levels and performance targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, taking ownership of escalations and complex support cases through to resolution.

Help customers configure and use finance-related features, including invoicing, payments, VAT and tax settings, financial reporting, and accounting integrations.

•
Provide clear, practical guidance to customers using veterinary practice management software, adapting solutions to their needs within the product’s capabilities.

•
Manage multiple customer requests and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

•
Work independently and collaboratively to develop support best practices, improve workflows, and increase service efficiency.
