As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to mid-market customers across Europe, helping them maximize the value of their security solutions. You will guide customers through onboarding, provide proactive technical support, and recommend best practices to improve platform adoption and performance. Working closely with support, engineering, and sales teams, you will resolve complex technical issues and advocate for customer needs. Your ability to communicate fluently in Hebrew and English will be essential to building strong relationships with customers at every organizational level. Accountabilities:
You will act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring they receive proactive guidance, timely issue resolution, and the support needed to achieve their security objectives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, strengthen retention, and identify opportunities for growth.
