In this position, you will lead our HR operations and management strategy across the EMEA region, driving organizational growth, streamlining processes, and cultivating top talent as we scale our presence.
Your mission

The primary mission of the People & Management Manager (EMEA) is to act as a strategic business partner and operational driver for Silimed's international expansion. By integrating end-to-end HR management, results-based tracking, and continuous process improvement, this role ensures operational efficiency, cascades integral corporate goals, and builds a high-performing, scalable culture across the region.
Your profile

We are looking for an agile,



results-oriented HR Manager or Senior HRBP who combines strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a deeply human approach. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
• Multinational Experience: Proven track record in international, multicultural environments—preferably within Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Aesthetics, or regulated industries.

• Dual HR & Management Focus: Hands-on expertise in full-cycle HR operations (talent acquisition, L&D;, performance, and culture) coupled with strategic management skills (KPI tracking, process optimization, and goal cascading via PDCA or Lean).

• Analytical & Execution Mindset: Strong capability to diagnose operational bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and turn data into structured action plans.

• Leadership & Influence: Ability to build cross-functional trust, navigate local labor nuances, and act as an influential partner to regional leaders and executive management.
