As an Assistant Outlet Manager (Breakfast), you’ll support the daily operation of Arrel Restaurant, leading the breakfast team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, maintain the highest standards,



and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to operational excellence and commercial performance, bringing True Hospitality to life every morning.

Your Day-to-Day

• Oversee the daily breakfast operation at Arrel Restaurant, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, recommend menu items, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the breakfast team, promoting teamwork and high service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, conduct daily briefings, and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate the service and team for our Brunch, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Monitor stock levels, outlet presentation, equipment, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations, brand standards, and susta
