JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
This is a business-partnering role at its core. As Commercial Finance Leead the job holder is the primary finance partner supporting commercial leadership teams across Italy & Spain for OBU, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision making,
bringing financial insight and challenge to strategic and commercial decisions, safeguarding the EUCAN OBU P&L;, and translating business drivers into robust plans, forecasts and business cases.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Business Partnering with the Business
• Act as the trusted finance business partner to the LOC OLT and OBU organisation across Italy and Spain building a strong, two-way network to the business.
• Challenge performance and drive robust business discussions through sound financial analysis, a questioning and problem-solving mindset, and the ability to influence and align decisions at LOC leadership level without direct authority.
• Bring commercial-finance insight to the commercial agenda: product launches, tender & pricing, patient flow, revenue and Gross-to-Net (GTN) assumptions, and local market-access and launch business cases (e.g. Mimrylo, Fruzaqla).
• Support Strategic, Investment, Budget and Planning
