Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Head of Payments to strengthen and scale payment operations across their iGaming platform. You’ll bring order to cross-functional processes, identify gaps, and help teams work together effectively.
The role sits at the intersection of several teams and disciplines, bringing together different perspectives to support a consistent, effective payments function. You’ll help strengthen collaboration, refine how work moves across the organization, and ensure that payment initiatives contribute to sustainable improvements in performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Build effective processes and ways of working across teams, identifying gaps and bottlenecks and driving improvements through to completion.
• Strengthen collaboration across the business so payment priorities and initiatives are coordinated effectively.
• Develop the payment infrastructure and PSP approach to support the needs of the iGaming business across different markets.
• Improve approval rates and other key payment metrics by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and coordinating practical solutions.
• Optimize payment costs while balancing performance, reliability, and market coverage.
• Work with the team leads to set priorities, resolve operational challenges, and keep improvements moving.
• Partner with Product and other stakeholders to shape payment capabilities, integrations, and expansion into new markets.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in iGaming industry, including 3 years in payments.
• A proven record of leading teams or functions and shaping effective processes, with substantial experience in a management capacity.
• Experience working across markets with varying regulatory frameworks.
