Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A;) to support the South Europe business. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and finance teams, providing support on incentive and bonus programs, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.





The successful candidate will combine strong financial and accounting knowledge with advanced data analysis skills, helping the business make informed decisions through insightful reporting and planning activities.

What You'll Do:
• Support the business on financial reporting, bonus tracking, and performance analysis.
• Participate actively in Forecast, Budget, Outlook, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support business decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances against plan and forecast.
• Monitor key performance indicators across P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Headcount metrics.
• Prepare presentations and financial reviews for senior management.
• Support Business Unit leaders with data-driven insights and reporting.
• Consolidate monthly reporting packages and ensure compliance with Finance calen
