Sales Manager – Thermal Energy & Heat Exchangers

About EarthEn EnergyEarthEn Energy is a climate-tech company developing advanced thermal energy storage solutions that help industrial manufacturers reduce fuel costs and carbon emissions. Our heat battery stores energy and delivers reliable, on-demand industrial heat.

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to develop our European market, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive sales of industrial thermal energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial markets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline independently, from prospecting through contract closure.
• Engage industrial decision-makers, including plant managers, engineering leaders, energy managers and procurement teams.
• Lead technical-commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations and long-cycle sales processes.
• Develop relationships with industrial equipment buyers, EPCs and strategic partners.




• Identify opportunities in process heat, heat recovery, thermal systems and industrial decarbonization.
• Travel across Europe for customer meetings and site visits.

Required Experience• 6–10 years of B2B technical sales or business development experience.
• Direct sales experience with heat exchangers or comparable industrial thermal equipment is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling to industrial or manufacturing customers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and close complex, consultative sales.
• Strong commercial negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Must currently be based in Germany or Spain and have valid authorization to work in the country.

Preferred BackgroundHeat exchangers, industrial boilers, chillers, industrial heat pumps, process heating/cooling, steam systems, heat recovery or other thermal equipment.
