We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Online Order Management to join our team at PHILIPP PLEIN in Madrid Las Rozas
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage stockroom organisation and stock control.
* Receive and process deliveries and stock transfers.
* Pick, pack and prepare online orders for shipment.
* Coordinate shipments and collections with courier companies.
* Manage returns and exchanges.
* Support the sales team with stock replenishment and daily operations.
* Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain high operational standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock management or e-commerce, preferably in fashion retail.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude.
