: Internship Human Resources Assistant / Stagiaire Assistant Ressources Humaines (F/H/X)

As part of the HR team, you will handle various administrative and operational tasks, including personnel administration, tracking training, and supporting employees throughout their careers at Ekkiden in France, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.

Responsibilities

Personnel Administration

Assist with theadministrative management of employee onboarding and offboarding.

Ensure the tracking andupdating of personnel files and HR data.

Prepare and trackadministrative documents related to the employment contract.

Assist with trackingabsences, vacation, and sick leave.





Help updatetracking spreadsheets and HR reports.

Payroll Support

Assist with the collection andverification of variable payroll data.

Help trackabsences and gather the information needed to prepare payroll.

Help verify theconsistency of data sent to payroll contacts.

Respond toroutine administrative requests from employees, in collaboration with the HR team.

Learning & Development Administration

Handle theadministrative aspects of training programs: registration, invitations, logistical arrangements, and tracking of attendance.

Update trainingtracking spreadsheets and employee training records.

Help tracktraining requests and coordinate with trainingproviders.

Help track mandatory training and associated deadlines.

Help collectparticipant feedback and update L&D; metrics.

Continuous Improvement of HR Processes

Help ensure the reliabilityof data and optimize tracking tools.
