We are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role not only in recruiting exceptional technical talent, but also in strengthening BizAway’s position within the tech talent ecosystem.

This is not a role for someone who simply waits for a hiring need and starts sourcing.

We are looking for someone who thinks about talent proactively and commercially: someone who knows how to identify great people before we need them,



build genuine long-term relationships with the market, create communities and turn BizAway into a company that top tech talent knows, follows and wants to talk to.

You will work closely with our CTPO and senior Technology & Product leaders, acting as a strategic talent partner and helping us understand where the best talent is, how to reach it, and how BizAway should position itself to attract it.

In many ways, we are looking for someone who combines the mindset of a recruiter, network and community builder.
Your role in BizAway
• End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle hiring across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product, partnering with an internal Recruiter and external agencies.
• Strategic Leadership Partnering: Collaborate with the CTPO and Tech/Product leads to align hiring strategies with our technology roadmap and capability gaps.
• Proactive Market Mapping & Pipeline
