About Triptease
Triptease is on a mission to level the playing field for hotels. In a world dominated by OTAs (Online Travel Agents), we're giving power back to hoteliers – helping them drive more direct bookings, improve margins, and own their guest relationships.

Our platform combines proprietary hotel data, AI-driven marketing tools, and advanced pricing intelligence to give hoteliers an edge. With over £1 billion in direct revenue driven for clients annually and a integral presence – this is your chance to be part of something big.

The Role
We are looking for a Mediterranean Market Manager to own and grow Triptease's commercial presence across Spain, Portugal, and Italy — three of the highest-density hotel markets in Europe and collectively one of the largest opportunities in our EMEA portfolio.

This is a full-market ownership role — you are responsible for new business, existing clients, and regional partner relationships across all three territories.

There is no dedicated market owner across this cluster today, which means you will be building from a strong but under-served base with real scope to make your mark.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who is a hunter by nature and a consultant by trade. You will focus on high-velocity growth across SMB and Mid-Market segments while developing the partner ecosystem and local brand presence that compounds over time.

You will be remote-based in Spain, alongside the EMEA sales team. This is a field-first role — your markets are built through in-person presence, and travel across the region is expected and budgeted for.

What You Will Be Doing
• Own the full commercial strategy across Spain, Portugal, and Italy — from prospecting through negotiation and close
• Build and manage a healthy territory pipeline across SMB, SMB+, and Mid-Market hotel segments — independents, boutique groups, and multi-property chains
• Prioritise and
