Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Head of Business Development, Spain on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Junior Business Development Representative,



you'll have a direct impact on supporting our commercial expansion in the local market. Positioned at the early stage of the sales funnel, this role focuses primarily on lead generation and outreach, laying the groundwork for client engagement and supporting the broader Sales and BDR teams. You will:

• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and follow-up on inbound and marketing-generated inquiries to support a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls with prospects to identify needs, align solutions, and book qualified meetings for the Sales team, ensuring proper handoff and documentation
• Engage and nurture prospects with relevant, tailored messaging and content to build trust and long-term relationships
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define target accounts, adecuado customer profiles, and prospecting strategies within prioriti
