Advise and support management on all legal-related issues
Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate and review software license and service agreements from partners, suppliers, and our customers worldwide
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to the further development of EQS Group’s internal compliance structure
Participation in the further development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions
Various project work, e.g., review and consistent updating of contract forms in the respective national language, as well as the follow-up of contract translations
Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process
