Drive the improvement and standardization of financial processes, coordinating the different subsidiaries and contributing to the optimization of the Group's financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & ReportingCoordinate the Group's accounting closings, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.Oversee the application of consistent accounting standards and financial policies across the different subsidiaries.Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial information at an international level.Financial ControllingLead the Group's budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring processes.Analyze business performance, profitability, and key financial indicators.Identify variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing relevant insights to support decision-making.International TaxationCoordinate and oversee the Group's international tax matters,



ensuring effective management of tax risks.Oversee transfer pricing policies, related-party transactions, and intercompany operations.Collaborate with external tax advisors and local teams across different jurisdictions.Financial Standardization & TransformationDrive the harmonization of financial processes, procedures, and standards across subsidiaries.Promote optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within controlling and reporting processes.Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Group's financial management and analytical tools.Treasury & International FinanceOversee the Group's financial planning and cash flow management.Coordinate international financial operations, financing activities, and intercompany transactions.Contribute to working capital optimization and financial risk management.Required Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in Business Adm
