Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Excellence, CRM Management, Sales Enablement, or a related commercial operations functionStrong expertise in Salesforce CRM and experience working with modern sales technology ecosystemsExperience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, sales analytics, reporting, and performance management processesAdvanced analytical skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or comparable business intelligence and reporting toolsStrong understanding of commercial processes, sales performance metrics and revenue operations best practicesProven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across international and cross-functional environmentsExcellent problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mind
