About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Application Tendering Engineer to strengthen our Business Support team in Spain. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process by preparing technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions across a wide range of customer projects.
What You Will Do

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions across projects, tenders, and awarded contracts.
Support the sales process from lead generation through negotiation by providing technical expertise and commercial support.
Analyze customer requirements, perform equipment sizing calculations, and recommend optimal technical solutions.
Develop quotations and commercial offers using dedicated quotation and configuration tools.
Manage and maintain opportunities, customer accounts,



and project information within Salesforce and related systems.
Coordinate with customers, sales teams, product managers, and manufacturing sites to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
Complete technical documentation and customer data sheets required for tender submissions.
Support pricing activities, including special pricing assessments and non-standard solution proposals.
Coordinate and monitor quotation activities for large and strategic projects.
Identify opportunities to improve quotation tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain and enhance technical and commercial documentation.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and business support functions.
Contribute to business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new tools and processes.
