As a central interface between customers and internal areas such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Delivery, Partner Management and Customer Management, the position supports the entire order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycle, ensures the quality and consistency of invoices, supports commercial tendering and offer processes and ensures compliance with standardized business processes. The position combines sound financial knowledge with comprehensive know-how in cloud business, operational governance and distinctive stakeholder management expertise. In addition, the role acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TSI governance frameworks, financial steering,
