Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support and oversight for construction projects.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Requirements

- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in construction project technical management or site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building regulations in Spain.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit for reviewing drawings.
- Excellent remote communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with digital collaboration tools and platforms.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Fluency in Spanish.

Serás responsable de la dirección técnica de obras, la supervisión de la ejecución y la gestión de la documentación técnica, asegurando que todos los proyectos cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y normativa. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Título de Arquitecto Técnico o similar en el área de la construcción .
- Experiencia de al menos 5 años en dirección y gestión de obras.
- Conocimiento profundo de normativas de construcción, seguridad y gestión de proyectos .
- Dominio de software de diseño y gestión de proyectos (CAD, BIM, MS Project).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas .
