About the role Sulzer is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Segment Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Industrial Water segment. This role will shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies that connect customer needs with Sulzer's full portfolio, creating compelling value propositions and driving measurable business impact.
Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and business leaders across the organisation, you will translate market insights into effective go-to-market plans, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives that support growth across global industrial water markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Industrial Water segment marketing strategy.
- Define customer-focused value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and lead generation activities.




- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing teams to support commercial growth and customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units to deliver a strong One Sulzer approach.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' B2B marketing experience within industrial sectors.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, lead generation programmes, and performance tracking.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working within general matrix organisations.
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and customer-focused.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
