At ING we are looking for a Retail Lending Strategist Your role and work environment In the Consumer Lending Tribe, we are looking for a Retail Lending Strategist who combines customer centricity, strategic vision and analytical excellence to identify opportunities, influence decisions and create meaningful business impact.
Commercial Performance Management: Steer business performance. Monitor and interpret the key performance drivers of the loans business. Identify risks, opportunities and emerging trends through data and analysis. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders' teams (Risk, Finance, Pricing, Data, Marketing, Technology, etc...). These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role.
Education Master or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.




Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
