We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to define and answer the right questions that will help us shape and drive our Reshopping program. Map the reshopping value chain - opportunity monitoring, decisioning, servicing, measurement, and invoicing - and set out which parts we rent, buy, partner, or build, balancing flexibility, speed, and commercial and financial benefit, so that the Program Leader and Product Managers have a clear basis to decide on.
Document the commercial and operational lifecycle around the reshopping offering, including manual steps and local variation.
Determine and document system, business, and development dependencies, ensuring a seamless delivery.
5+ years in business analysis,



including work where the answer was not known at the outset.
~ Grounded in corporate travel or travel technology, including supplier commercial models, post-booking servicing, and managed travel program economics.
~ Fluent in hotel and air content - negotiated and public rates and fares, rate and fare rules, and cancellation and change conditions.
~ Skilled at defining measurement methodologies that stand up to customer and finance scrutiny.
~ Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
