Own full-cycle recruitment across European markets, primarily for Sales and Business Development roles
Build and improve onboarding, employee documentation, and core HR processes
Support day-to-day People Operations as the company’s first dedicated HR specialist
Требования:
~4+ Years of experience in recruitment and HR
~ Hands‑on recruitment experience across European markets
~ Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, or commercial teams
~ Ability to work independently without a dedicated recruitment team
~ Practical experience with onboarding and HR operations
~ English at B2+ level
~ Будет плюсом: experience in Retail, FMCG, distribution, HoReCa, mobility, or businesses developing offline partner networks
