Описание: 51Trips is a Travel-Tech startup based in the heart of Barcelona, with a clear ambition: to revolutionize the way travelers keep and relive memories of their trips. Our technology automates the creation of personalized travel albums, offering travelers a unique keepsake of their best experiences. After developing our business in Spain and the United States, we are accelerating our international expansion by entering the Italian market. To support this new phase of growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – Italy, whose mission will be to launch and develop 51Trips in the Italian market.
Define and implement our business development strategy in Italy.
Qualify business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
Manage commercial negotiations through to the signing of new partnership agreements.
Identify new business opportunities among existing customers and increase their revenue.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Maintain a structured and up-to-date CRM, both to track the pipeline and the revenue generated.
Italian is your native language.
You have a good command of English.




You have solid experience in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS solutions, technology products or services related to the tourism industry.
You have a strong commercial mindset and are comfortable with every stage of the sales process: from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Previous experience in the tourism industry, especially within travel agencies, tour operators or Travel-Tech companies; A good understanding of the Italian tourism market and its commercial dynamics; An established network of contacts in the Italian tourism industry; Experience selling digital or SaaS solutions to companies in the tourism industry
A adaptable work arrangement: being based in Barcelona is particularly appreciated, especially to facilitate communication and collaboration with the team.
However, depending on the candidate’s profile and situation, a hybrid or remote arrangement may also be considered.
