The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in enterprise frameworks, REST APIs, and the ability to collaborate with business areas to transform functional requirements into maintainable rules.Must Have SkillsDemonstrable experience of at least 5 years with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)Advanced knowledge of Rule DesignerAdvanced knowledge of Decision CenterAdvanced knowledge of Rule Execution Server (RES)Advanced knowledge of Decision Tables and Business RulesAdvanced knowledge of management and deployment of RuleAppsExtensive development experience with Java (Java 8 or higher,
