Our recruitment team at QIU is looking for professionals to fill a range of roles across several hotels in Madrid.

All shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to interview with our client companies. We work with more than 50 national and international hotel chains.

What will your main responsibilities be?

The reception team is the first point of contact for hotel guests and plays a key role in delivering an excellent stay in an international environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional assistance.
- Handling check-ins and check-outs, registering guests and assigning rooms.
- Managing reservations, amendments and cancellations across different booking channels.
- Answering phone calls, emails and enquiries about hotel services.




- Providing information and recommendations on local transport, activities and attractions.
- Preparing invoices, processing payments and balancing the cash drawer in line with hotel procedures.
- Handling and following up on guest requests and issues throughout their stay.
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage teams to ensure prompt, high-quality service.

We particularly value a positive attitude, teamwork, a strong customer focus and professionalism. Previous hotel reception experience, language skills and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) are also valued.
