Do you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune? At isolutions, we are passionate about digital transformation and building modern workplace environments within the Microsoft ecosystem. For one of our largest clients, a well-known Swiss company in the mobility sector, we manage device administration through Microsoft Intune. As part of our team, you will act as the 2nd Level Technical Support Specialist, working closely with the customer's IT team and their 1st Level Support. We achieve high quality standards by collaborating closely, sharing knowledge, and solving challenging cases together as a team.




This is what you get up for in the morning:
You troubleshoot issues related to Enrollment, Windows Autopilot, Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Application Deployment and Updates.
You manage and support Windows devices and, depending on the environment, mobile devices (iOS and Android) through Intune.
You investigate issues using Intune reports, device logs, and Microsoft Entra ID sign-in logs. You work closely with the customer's IT team and escalate issues to Engineering when necessary.
Several years of experience in IT Support, ideally including escalated incidents within a Microsoft environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including Enrollment, Autopilot, Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Application Deployment.
Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud services, particularly Microsoft Entra ID, with a solid understanding of groups, licenses, and C
