About the Role: We are looking for a SEM Lead or Senior SEM Expert to lead and scale our paid search strategy across our portfolio of apps. This is not a campaign management role. This is a technical, strategic, and revenue-driven position where Google Ads Search is the absolute core of the function. You will be the reference person for Search inside the company, owning: * Campaign architecture * Budget allocation * Profitability logic * Scaling frameworks * Signal quality & algorithm performance Your mission is simple:

About You: Academic background: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields. * Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar quantitative disciplines is highly valued. * Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build dashboards, scripts, and data queries independently.
