Deliver an exceptional and personalized after-sales experience, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Manage all customer service activities, ensuring efficient follow-up of repairs and service requests.



Monitor and analyze Customer Service performance through KPIs and reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure repair quality standards and delivery lead times are achieved while maintaining a client-centric approach. Oversee logistics activities related to repairs, spare parts, accessories, and service operations. Maintain strong product knowledge, service policies, pricing guidelines, and Customer Service procedures.
