Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level travel support and consultation to Hungarian-speaking clients across various communication channels.
Manage travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and cancellations with precision and a customer-centric focus.




Act as a primary point of contact for traveler inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from departure to arrival.
Resolve complex travel-related issues, demonstrating expert problem-solving skills to maintain industry standards.
Collaborate with global travel partners to provide real-time updates and expert advice on destinations and policies.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all travel-related requests and account interactions within our internal database.
Consistently achieve and exceed performance KPIs to qualify for the rewarding monthly performance bonus program.
Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this role.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team environment.
Previous experience in the travel industry, tourism, or customer support is highly valued.
A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union.
