Key Responsibilities




Provide exceptional service via email, phone, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients
Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the customer support services industry
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our internal CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and elevate technical issues effectively
Adhere to established service level agreements and quality standards at all times
Act as a brand ambassador, representing our clients with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and support protocols
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is highly valued
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on problem-solving
