Laboratory animal functions A, B, C. – At least 8 months experience in a research laboratory.
– Experience in microglia and hypothalamus.
– International experience.
– Experience in Science Communication (oral, writing).
– Laboratory experience:
- Extraction of DNA, RNA and protein.
- PCR, quantitative PCR, Western Blot, Cell culture.
- Cellular and Molecular Biology, Confocal microscopy, Flow Cytometry, immunohistochemistry, criosectioning.
– Advanced English.
