More about the role:
We're looking for someone passionate about paid media and performance marketing, with a curiosity for testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns to join Burson.
What you'll do:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads to achieve performance goals.
Oversee multiple accounts, handling budgets, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.
Analyze campaign data and key KPIs to identify insights and improve results.
Develop strategic media plans aligned with business objectives.
Prepare clear and actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendation
Experience that contributes to success
Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital accounts and paid media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
Proven ability in budget management and performance
