Organize Energy Strategy Calls for our sales team and ensure an efficient follow-up process.Management Support: Assist the management team, particularly the Director of Operations & Finance, with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.Office Coordination: Help ensure the smooth operation of the office while contributing to exceptional client experience.Brand Ambassador: Represent Solsbury Pure Energy through professionalism, attention to detail, and the level of service our clients expect.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in a senior administrative, hospitality, premium reception, customer service, or client-facing role.Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish, both spoken and written.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.A highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Comfortable working with modern offic
