Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve complex account queries for premium gaming clients via email and internal ticketing systems
Ensure high-quality support for the French-speaking community within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem




Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision
Monitor and maintain account security, ensuring all processes align with gaming industry compliance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate and resolve technical bugs reported by users
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the back-office support workflow through proactive feedback
Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the Gaming & Esports sector to provide informed assistance
Requirements
Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our multicultural office environment
A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and digital platforms
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, essential for back-office operations
