Your Role:
Provide customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy.
Familiarize yourself with company systems to offer efficient support.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to remote work technologies and tools.
Motivation to live and work in Greece while contributing to our team.
