The Opportunity
A leading international technology company is looking for a
results-driven Account Executive
to join its growing sales team in Madrid.
This is a
full-cycle sales position
where you'll manage the customer journey from the initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately
closing new subscriptions
.

What You'll Do
Manage the
full sales cycle
from initial contact to subscription close
Make approximately
outbound calls per day
Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period
Convert free trials into
paying customers




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track key KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and
MRR
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity
Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team
Leads are automatically assigned
, allowing you to focus on prospecting, selling and closing.
Uncapped Commission
Base salary:
€30,000 gross/year
Target monthly commission:
€600
Your commission increases based on performance:
Below 80% x1
80% target x1.3
100% target x2 (€1,200)
150% target x3 (€1,800)
Quarterly Accelerator:
If your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, commissions generated during the
entire quarter
are recalculated using the
3x multiplier
.
