Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and integrated wellness software.
- Champion the Fitness & Wellness industry by assisting users in optimizing their fitness tracking and health monitoring experience.
- Resolve troubleshooting queries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and a customer-centric approach.




- Educate users on the latest fitness features, goal setting, and data synchronization to ensure brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions while adhering to quality and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware or software challenges within the fitness ecosystem.
- Contribute to the success of one of the most exciting French-speaking jobs currently available in the region.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- A genuine passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and interest in wearable technology.
- Strong communication skills with a flair for problem-solving and technical empathy.
