Alea is seeking a results-driven collections specialist to own the end-to-end recovery of receivables from international B2B clients. You will push overdue balances to payment, coordinate with Account Managers, and decide next steps for at-risk accounts.
This role uses our in-house collections tool, not spreadsheets. You will report to the CFO on performance metrics and apply our credit and escalation rules while staying fluent in English with finance teams.
