Задачи

Lead and coach the sales team, improving cold-calling strategies, building relationships with potential clients, uncovering their business needs, and recommending suitable ADP products and services
Reach and exceed sales goals
Grow existing accounts through strategic cross-selling of ADP products and solutions
Collaborate with internal and external customers to establish and maintain good customer relations
Требования

1–3 Years of experience managing a sales team
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and yearly quotasli>
Strong time and activity management skills
Good systems literacy and knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience combining sales technology, AI-driven tools, and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue
