At Capitole, we are looking to strengthen one of our teams involved in an international project within the insurance and mobility sector with an AI Enablement Lead role.

We are looking for a professional with experience driving Artificial Intelligence initiatives to join a general technology environment, where they will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, defining AI-based solutions, and maximizing their adoption across operational and governance areas.

You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and international counterparts, contributing to the definition of AI use cases, prioritization of initiatives, and measurement of business impact. Your mission will be to transform operational challenges into tangible productivity and efficiency improvements through the adoption of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across IT Operations, IS Operations, and Governance.
- Translate operational challenges into practical AI solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define solution concepts, implementation approaches, and priorities based on expected business value and productivity gains.
- Coordinate the delivery of initiatives involving internal teams, external partners, and AI specialists.
- Ensure alignment with AI strategy, technology standards, governance, and security requirements.
- Drive adoption and successful implementation of AI solutions within operational teams.
- Establish baselines and measure productivity improvements delivered by each initiative.
- Maintain and evolve the AI use-case roadmap.
- Ensure all initiatives are focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Promote best practices around responsible and effective AI adoption.

Requirements

- Previous experience in AI Enablement, AI Solution Design,



Digital Transformation, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation.
- Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Ability to translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
- Good understanding of AI governance, security, risk management, and lifecycle management principles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience measuring productivity improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in international environments.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
