What’s the Job?

Exceptional dining experiences are built by exceptional teams. As an Assistant Outlet Manager (Breakfast), you’ll support the daily operation of Arrel Restaurant, leading the breakfast team to deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, maintain the highest standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to operational excellence and commercial performance, bringing True Hospitality to life every morning.

Your Day-to-Day

- Oversee the daily breakfast operation at Arrel Restaurant, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, recommend menu items, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the breakfast team, promoting teamwork and high service standards.
- Coordinate staffing, conduct daily briefings, and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate the service and team for our Brunch, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.




- Monitor stock levels, outlet presentation, equipment, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations, brand standards, and sustainability practices.
- Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, taking ownership when required and contributing to guest satisfaction and business performance.

What We Need From You

- A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- At least three years of Food & Beverage experience, including previous supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a luxury five-star hotel environment is essential.
- Fluency in English and Spanish—additional languages are highly valued.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of Oracle MICROS and relevant food safety certifications or local operating licences are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, primarily mornings, including weekends and public holidays.
