Role Overview:
As

Team Lead Analytics , you will guide the analytics domain within our Business Intelligence team while remaining hands‑on with

data models

and our

semantic layer . Your mission is to build and maintain the path from raw data to trusted, self‑service insights through robust

dbt models , a rich

semantic model , a well‑structured

Looker

ecosystem, reliable

investor metrics , and

enriched CRM data

for commercial teams.

This is a

player‑coach role





split equally between team leadership (prioritization, coaching, stakeholder alignment) and direct technical contributions ( dbt ,

semantic modeling , and

Looker ).

Main responsibilities:
The team member shall perform the present tasks inherent to such position, including, but not limited to, the following:

Team Leadership & Delivery : Lead the Analytics vertical (analytics engineering, business analysis, CRM data) by setting priorities, coaching team members, fostering clear ownership, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will be responsible for fostering engagement, performance, and growth.

Data Modeling & Semantic Layer : Own the data modeling layer end-to-end by designing, building, and reviewing dbt models across a medallion architecture, while enriching the semantic model to keep Looker (LookML, explores, views) consistent, reliable, and optimized for self‑service reporting.
