Требования * Experience as a Business Analyst. * Mandatory experience in the insurance sector, especially in claims or products. * Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). * English at B2 level or above. * Understanding of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations. * Conversational AI, intent recognition, and NLP. * Validation of AI results. * Confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop principles. * Multi-agent architectures. * Responsible AI (explainability, bias mitigation, and auditability). * Будет плюсом: Basic knowledge of Spring Boot; Basic knowledge of Java; Basic knowledge of Angular; Basic knowledge of databases Условия * Permanent contract. * Hybrid working arrangement. * Participation in Artificial Intelligence projects applied to the insurance sector. * Collaborative environment using Agile methodologies.
