NGBS is Hiring | Design Quality Specialist – Automotive Industry

As part of our growing activities, NGBS is looking for a Design Quality Specialist to join an exciting project in the automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the product development process.
- Monitor Part Readiness and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.
- Manage technical issues, defects, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in risk management, defect management, and product development processes.
- Knowledge of PLM tools, ideally SIRIUS
- Familiarity with Part Readiness and RFQ processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and become operational in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is mandatory.; Spanish is an advantage.
