This is a hybrid role based out of our

Barcelona

with

working hours from 12 to 8 PM .

Execute outbound strategies across the US market ( calls (100+) , email, LinkedIn)




Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging
Create pipeline

that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards
Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads
Experiment constantly : test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance
Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale

What You Bring
1+ year experience in BDR/SDR roles would be ideal, however we care far more about how you think and operate than how many years you’ve done the job.
