Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality features and UI components using React.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code.
- Collaborate with the Lead Frontend Engineer, backend engineers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, advocating for frontend best practices.
- Contribute across the full frontend lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Must-have Skills

- Expert ReactJS knowledge, including hooks and new React 18 features.
- Extensive experience developing GraphQL APIs using Node.js. Experience with NestJS a plus
- Hands-on experience with cloud based technologies such as AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, API Gateway,



CloudFront Lambda)
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies with hands-on PostgreSQL experience
- Real-world experience using CI/CD, such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and building scalable web applications is required.
- Experience building and maintaining component libraries/design systems.
- Familiarity with Storybook for component documentation and UI development.
- Understanding or experience with microfrontend architectures.

Nice-to-have

- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience working in the media & publishing industry is a plus.
