Unpaid Internship (with potential for full-time transition)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll support the people operations our portfolio companies run on: recruitment, onboarding, and the processes that keep our teams growing and working well.

This is hands-on HR work. You'll help find and bring in talent, support new hires, and keep people processes running smoothly across the group.

WHO WE ARE

We operate from a 4,000 sqm campus in Canggu, Bali, with 30 years of experience building companies across New York, London, and Tokyo. Our portfolio spans energy, bioproduction, and AI:

Zero-X — Thermochemical conversion and distributed energy, with 200+ systems live across 11 countries.

Seraph Group — Decentralized bioproduction combining AI, robotics, and synthetic biology on one platform.

Gemino AI — Safe Reinforcement Learning for industrial control. Core platform OptiVX powers autonomous plant operations and aquatic biomass management, alongside Project Maya, a wearable AI platform.

YOUR WORK

- Posting roles, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Contributing to employer branding, culture,



and engagement initiatives
- Researching HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
- Supporting performance management and training coordination
- Collaborating with leadership and teams on people operations

WHO YOU ARE

- Have completed or are close to completing a university degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Have strong written and spoken English and enjoy working with people
- Are organized, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
- Have some experience through university projects, internships, volunteering, or other practical work
- Can work independently, learn quickly, and solve problems
- Are able to work fully on-site in Bali, Indonesia for 4-6 months

WHAT WE PROVIDE

- 4-6 month internship in Bali, Indonesia
- 25-hour work week: 11 AM to 5 PM
- On-campus rooms available at competitive rates
- Daily lunch included
- Strong interns can move into a full-time role across the group after the internship
