HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join FMG Granada and become a key HR partner for local management and employees.

This role combines HR business partnering with hands-on operational HR, offering the opportunity to work across the full employee lifecycle while closely cooperating with Group HR.

What will you be responsible for?

- Partner with managers on key people, organisational and employee-related topics.
- Manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee changes to performance management and offboarding.
- Support employee relations, performance, development and organisational matters.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation, internal policies and Group standards.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and changes, review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure the correct application of salary components, working time, absences, leave and overtime.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding together with managers and Talent Acquisition.
- Coordinate performance management,



development and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR indicators.
- Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR systems, digitalisation and process improvements.
- Support the implementation of MSM Group HR standards and Group-wide HR initiatives.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in operational HR / HR administration, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR processes.
- Strong payroll knowledge, including salary components, contributions, deductions, absences and payroll variables.
- Experience with HR systems, reporting and process-driven HR activities.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluent English.
